Urgent Care by Ethos in Oceanside, California is part of the Ethos Veterinary Health network of over 150 Specialty, ER and Urgent Care hospitals, providing our clinicians the opportunity to be part of a larger network, but still maintain our distinctive identity.

We are in search of an experienced Veterinarian to help grow Urgent Care by Ethos.

Our Care Center:

• Is open 7 days per week, with no overnights
• Current hours: M-F 1pm-10pm, Sat/Sun 10am-7pm
• Our practice bridges the gap between general practice and emergency
• We offer care for common priority cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. Click HERE for a list of services
• Our building is specially designed to deliver efficient care and is furnished with advanced equipment and technologies. 

The Role:

• Compensation: 150-180k based on experience, plus production!
  • Signing bonus available
  • This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs

The Candidate:

• We are seeking individuals who are technically advanced as a veterinarian in the United States and poses strong emotional intelligence; those that are self-aware, have positive attitudes, authenticity, and empathy toward others.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of veterinary practice (DVM, VMD, BVSc required) and has excellent communication with colleagues and the referring community.
• This candidate will possess an unwavering commitment to the highest level of quality medicine as well as client service.
