Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Surgeon to join Our Expanding Team!
Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center (EPVMC) is a 24/7 Small Animal Emergency and Specialty Referral Hospital located in the Lehigh Valley and serving the surrounding Eastern Pennsylvania veterinary community. Currently we employ one full-time surgeon, and our busy hospital supports a full caseload (both soft tissue and orthopedic) for a second surgeon to join our team! Our new, modern, 20,000 sq. ft. hospital is equipped with 7 oxygen cages, a complete in-house laboratory including digital cytology, 6 surgery suites, 64-slice GE CT with fluoroscopy package, dedicated exam rooms for the specialty services, digital radiography, and two isolation suites. We have recently added a board-certified Neurologist to our team and will be purchasing an MRI in the near future.

EPVMC has a well-established emergency service that provides 24/7 care for our patients. Our emergency doctors perform emergency surgery so there is no primary on-call requirement! The nursing director with VTS (ECC) credentials manages our large nursing staff to ensure all of our services are well supported with an above average staff-to-doctor-ratio. Our experienced emergency veterinarians provide round-the-clock quality care for your patients.
