Medical Director/Leadership Role

Pacific Veterinary Partners (“PVP”) is currently looking for full time Medical Directors to join our team. PVP is in the process of opening several animal hospitals in the greater Seattle area. These small animal veterinary hospitals will be providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. The hospitals will be newly built out with a clean and modern layout. The Medical Director will have clinical responsibility for the care of patients in all areas. This position brings the clinical voice forward, directs staff, and ensures the overall hospital success. The Medical Director will also focus on recruiting, mentoring, and developing Associate veterinarians in the practice. Profit sharing and practice co-ownership adds to the lucrative compensation package.
